Return Policy


  • Order cancellation
    Cancellations are only applicable when orders are within the “Pending” status – which takes place prior to payment received.
  • Return/Exchange
    Product return/exchange is not allowed for international purchases.


Product Defect

  • Should there be any defects on products received – kindly contact us to proceed with refund/warranty within 7 days.
  • Please note that some products may not be covered by warranty. Nevertheless, should the product be covered by warranty, the customer must bear the cost of international shipping.
